Your responsibilities:
- Architecture Design & Domain Strategy: Design resilient, scalable solution architectures across the Workforce product portfolio (Workday core, ServiceNow HRSD module, Total Rewards, Time & Absence, and External Workforce). Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, FAIR data principles, and the overarching “Capability Factory” mission.
- HR Ecosystem Integration & Standards: Architect seamless, secure integration pathways across heterogeneous platforms, connecting global core platforms (Workday, ServiceNow HRSD) with regional/local payroll and time systems (e.g., ADP, Ramco, Euhreka).
- Data Privacy, Compliance & SRA Governance: Lead the technical evaluation and authoring of mandatory compliance documentation for all Workforce systems. Serve as the technical primary driver for System Risk Assessments (SRAs), data privacy assessments (GDPR, local labor laws).
- Architectural Artifacts & Standards: Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models, integration taxonomies, system interaction diagrams, and enterprise ontologies for P&C data.
- Governance & Documentation: Establish reference architectures and enforce discipline through Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) across all sub-domains (Payroll, Time, Benefits, People Data, People Relations, Mobility).
- Innovation & Technical Debt Management: Evaluate emerging HR tech capabilities (e.g., ServiceNow NowAssist, AI automation) while systematically evaluating, prioritizing, and decommissioning technical debt across the landscape.
- Solution Integrity & NFRs: Accountable for defining and maintaining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), security baselines, system reliability, and fitness functions across the lifecycle of all Workforce products.
- Compliance & Risk Readiness: Accountable for architectural alignment with global regulatory standards, successfully passing SRAs, and ensuring system readiness for data privacy and security audits.
- Technology Roadmapping: Accountable for developing and maintaining the multi-year technology landscape roadmap for the Workforce product circle.
Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Accountable for translating complex technical and risk concepts for P&C leadership, internal IT circles, and external service delivery partners.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- HR Technology Architecture: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect designing enterprise-scale HR and Workforce solutions.
- Hands-on architecture and integration experience with Workday (HCM, Core Data, Security).
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating global and regional Payroll & Time engines (e.g., ADP, Ramco, Euhreka,).
- Data Privacy & Governance: Strong understanding of data protection frameworks (GDPR, international labor laws) and hands-on experience authoring technical security assessments such as System Risk Assessments (SRAs).
- Data & Integration Patterns: Proven ability with API management, event-driven architecture, identity management, and FAIR data principles.
- Communication & Influencing: Outstanding ability to bridge business requirements with deep technical execution across cross-functional global teams.

Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
