Your responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to build a business line from the Webcon and Power Platform teams with a cohesive (complementary) offer and delivery standards for solutions.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- 6+ years in low-code / workflow / BPM, including 2–3 years as a team leader.
- Worked for a consulting or software house.
- Managing a team of 5–10 people.
- Documented work in at least one other tool (Webcon, UiPath, Power Platform) knowledge allowing to verify estimates and others‘ solutions.
- Understanding integrations at the architecture level: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, ERP (SAP, Dynamics).
- Experience allowing setting the boundary between low-code / high-code and the ability to justify it.
- Understanding design issues: environments, standards, documentation, handover for maintenance.
- Ability to conduct initial meetings with the business along with at least basic process mapping (BPMN).
- Experience working with an international clients.
- Polish, English at a communicative level.
- Process mining.
- Defining project scope, estimation, and defending the pricing defense of valuation, participation in RFP Language.

Phone Screening

The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
