Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, data management, reporting and AI-related projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Establish project governance, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms and communication plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Snowflake Developers, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Developers, AI Engineers, ERP specialists and external vendors.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams to align project objectives with business priorities.
- Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, status meetings and executive-level reporting.
- Manage resource planning, milestones, project budgets and delivery dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and delivery obstacles.
- Drive change management and business adoption of delivered solutions.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes, security standards and project management best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, decision logs and RAID registers.
- Monitor benefits realization and post-go-live performance.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including at least 5 years leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation or ERP-related initiatives.
- Proven experience managing international, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of the analytics delivery lifecycle — from business requirements and data sourcing through data modeling, reporting, testing, deployment and operational handover.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data warehouses and modern analytics ecosystems.
- Practical knowledge of technologies and platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.
- Practical understanding of enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong experience managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with executive leadership, business owners, IT teams and external partners.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience establishing project governance and project reporting, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, presentation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex, matrixed international environment.
- Fluent English (minimum C1).
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP or SnowPro Core will be considered an advantage.
