Your responsibilities:

Lead consulting engagements with business clients on AI adoption – from process discovery to designing and prioritizing AI use cases.
Run workshops, training sessions, and advisory meetings (including on-site) to build client teams’ fluency with tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
Translate business needs into working AI solutions – using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to rapidly build prototypes, automations, and proof-of-concepts directly for clients.
Write clear specifications and critically review AI-generated code and outputs, catching issues around correctness, security, and business fit.
Own solutions end-to-end where needed: from initial concept and architecture through to a working demo or pilot deployment.
Stay current with the evolving capabilities of Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents, and translate new capabilities into concrete business and technical value.

We are looking for you, if you have:

Experience in business consulting and technology advisory.
Practical, hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) as part of real work – not just occasional use.
Solid programming ability (e.g. Python) sufficient to build and adapt working prototypes with AI assistance, even without a traditional engineering background.
Ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into clear, verifiable tasks – for both consulting deliverables and AI-assisted builds.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders from end users to decision-makers.
Ability to work independently across multiple clients or projects at once.
Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have: experience with FastAPI/Django, REST APIs, or prior software development experience.

Phone Screening

The interview is aimed at assessing the candidate’s suitability for the position and verifying basic information from the CV. It is also an opportunity to discuss the candidate’s expectations and briefly present the job description and working conditions.

HR + technical meeting

We talk about the candidate’s professional experience, but also expectations regarding the new job. This is also the moment to check references and confirm the authenticity of the information provided, which allows you to get to know the candidate better and assess his fit with the company’s organizational culture.

Client company meeting

The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.

Employment

We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.

Onboarding + first day of work

A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
