TTMS Strengthens Its Quality Management System with ISO 9001 Certification

TTMS Strengthens Its Quality Management System with ISO 9001 Certification

Transition Technologies MS has successfully completed its Quality Management System audit and obtained ISO 9001 certification. This confirms that the entire organisation operates in accordance with the internationally recognised quality management standard. For clients, it means working with a partner that delivers projects through consistent processes, continuous improvement and high delivery standards. Quality confirmed by an internationally recognised standard ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely adopted standard for quality management systems. It defines the requirements that help organisations effectively plan, deliver and continuously improve their processes while ensuring the quality of products and services and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. At TTMS, the certification covers the entire Management System – all business areas, processes and services. This means that the same quality standards apply across the organisation, regardless of the type of project or the client’s industry. What does ISO 9001 mean for TTMS clients? The Quality Management System supports every stage of project delivery. It provides structured processes, clearly defined responsibilities, and regular evaluation and continuous improvement of activities. For our clients, this translates into: consistent and repeatable project delivery processes, transparent ways of working with clearly defined responsibilities, systematic monitoring of service quality, continuous process improvement based on audit results and project experience, greater predictability and effective risk management throughout the collaboration. “The defence sector places exceptionally high demands on technology, project management and organisational excellence. AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2210 certification confirms that the processes implemented at TTMS meet the quality standards required for delivering projects in this industry.” Marcin Kraska COO-Quality, Transition Technologies MS One system across the entire organisation The Quality Management System implemented at TTMS covers the entire organisation. It supports project delivery, service development and organisational processes by establishing common standards for all teams. This approach helps maintain a consistently high level of quality regardless of project scale, technology or industry. Continuous improvement as part of everyday operations Achieving ISO 9001 certification marks an important milestone in the development of TTMS’s Integrated Management System. The standard requires regular audits and continuous process improvement, enabling the organisation to respond effectively to evolving customer expectations, technological advances and regulatory requirements. In practice, this means continuously enhancing the quality of products and services, improving organisational effectiveness, and building long-term trust with clients and business partners. The Quality Management System complements the long-established management systems operating at TTMS, including the Information Security Management System compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, the Artificial Intelligence Management System aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, and the Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 14001. Together, they form an integrated management framework that supports quality, security, responsible AI governance and the delivery of ESG objectives across the organisation.

TTMS Achieves AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2210 Certification for the Defence Sector

TTMS Achieves AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2210 Certification for the Defence Sector

Transition Technologies MS has successfully completed the AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2210 certification process. The audit against the quality standards developed by NATO confirmed that the Management System operating at TTMS meets the requirements applicable to projects delivered for the defence sector. This marks another stage in the company’s continued development within the defence industry and confirms its readiness to deliver projects requiring the highest standards of quality, security and reliability. What are AQAP standards? AQAP (Allied Quality Assurance Publications) is a set of quality standards developed by NATO. They define quality management requirements for organisations involved in projects for the defence sector. Certification confirms that an organisation applies processes aligned with international requirements relating to planning, delivery, supervision and continuous improvement. “Clients expect a partner that delivers consistent quality and can effectively manage complex projects. ISO 9001 certification confirms that our processes support exactly this kind of collaboration.” Marcin Kraska COO-Quality, Transition Technologies MS What do the certificates obtained by TTMS confirm? The certification covers two AQAP standards: AQAP 2110 – defines quality requirements for organisations that design, develop and deliver solutions for the defence sector, including the design and development of products and services, as well as supervision of their delivery. AQAP 2210 – defines quality management requirements for the development of software intended for use in the defence sector, covering the entire product lifecycle, from design and development to testing and maintenance. Part of TTMS’s long-term strategy The defence industry is one of the most demanding sectors of the economy. Alongside advanced technological capabilities, it requires organisations to meet rigorous requirements concerning process quality, information security, regulatory compliance and effective risk management. Obtaining the AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2210 certificates represents another step in TTMS’s consistently implemented development strategy for the defence sector. It confirms that the organisation operates a management system that meets the quality requirements applicable to projects delivered for clients in this industry. More information about the challenges faced by technology companies entering the defence sector and TTMS’s experience in this field is available in the article “Challenges and barriers to entry for IT companies in the defence sector – the TTMS example”. Significance for clients and partners The AQAP certificates confirm that TTMS delivers projects in accordance with the quality requirements applicable within the NATO environment and among organisations cooperating with the defence sector. For clients and partners, this means working with an organisation that has structured quality management processes and is prepared to deliver projects requiring high levels of security, reliability and compliance with international standards. The continued development of capabilities for the defence sector remains an important part of TTMS’s long-term strategy, which includes delivering modern IT solutions for industries with the most demanding technological and regulatory requirements. The management systems operating at TTMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 provided a solid foundation for effectively addressing the requirements of the AQAP standards. Structured processes covering information security, risk management, documentation and continuous improvement support the delivery of projects for the defence sector.

AI4E-learning Transforms Employee Training

AI4E-learning Transforms Employee Training

Traditional employee training models are rapidly evolving. As companies accelerate digital transformation and adapt to constant regulatory and operational changes, AI-powered learning tools are becoming a practical way to create, update and personalize training content at scale. AI-powered course authoring tools are helping address this challenge by automating content generation and reducing the time needed to prepare training materials. For organizations, this means faster onboarding, quicker implementation of new procedures and reduced workload for experienced employees responsible for knowledge transfer. To support these needs, TTMS has developed AI4E-learning – an AI-based SaaS application that automatically converts source materials into e-learning courses ready for deployment on LMS platforms. The solution is currently being tested by dozens of companies as part of a pilot program. The platform enables organizations to create and translate training materials quickly while processing data in a secure environment. AI4E-learning can support a wide range of business use cases, including compliance training, onboarding, cybersecurity awareness, procedural and technical education, product training and management development. https://youtu.be/iT6k1I_gqlY?si=7-VkmuQwk3DRl5lP The growing importance of AI in corporate learning is particularly visible in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, industry and manufacturing, where companies must continuously adapt employees to changing regulations, certifications and internal procedures. Multimodal AI technologies capable of processing text, audio and video are expected to further accelerate the adoption of intelligent learning solutions. Businesses increasingly look for tools that help employees learn faster, retain knowledge more effectively and adapt continuously to changing business environments. Learn more about AI4E-learning
