Your responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for the agentic content workflow platform and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Define and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and stakeholders.
- Drive sprint planning, scope definition, and release management across the squad.
- Act as the primary interface between the engineering team and downstream product squads that consume the workflows.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Track delivery against commitments: manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs transparently.
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives, RFCs, and integration milestones.
- Facilitate sprint reviews and communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly to leadership
- Define and track success metrics for workflows: quality, throughput, adoption, cost. Manage Jira boards, roadmap artefacts, and delivery reporting.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- 3–5+ years as a Technical Product Manager in software engineering teams.
- Strong technical literacy: comfortable with engineering concepts (APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure,
- AI/ML pipelines). Not expected to code, but expected to understand the system.
- Experience working with AI/ML or data-intensive product teams (strong plus).
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery in an agile environment.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and standard agile tooling.
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to align multiple teams with competing priorities.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where scope evolves.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve personal productivity and communication.
- Experience with newly formed or scaling teams, establishing rituals and processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to bridge technical and non-technical.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
