Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a ServiceNow technical expert and partner for Business Product Owners and key stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, use cases, and solution designs.
  • Shape and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, with a strong focus on HRSD and custom applications.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies.
  • Drive technical solutions for platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and releases.
  • Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct technical assessments, spikes, and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Maintain key architecture and solution documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members across distributed teams.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, covering architecture, development, administration, and deployment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD – must have.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, application development, and integrations.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, SSO, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow client- and server-side scripting; familiarity with Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Good understanding of platform security, risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and supporting product roadmap decisions.
  • Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
