Your responsibilities:

  • Integration Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex, high-throughput integration streams. Define pattern-based integration strategies (e.g., event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous APIs, pub/sub, ETL/ELT pipelines).
  • Cross-System Alignment: Formulate and enforce foundational technical patterns, API contracts, and middleware strategies to align disparate systems, ensuring data integrity and system decoupling.
  • Architectural Defense & Governance: Present, justify, and formally defend technical designs, trade-offs, and architectural decisions before the Global Enterprise Architecture Board and peer architects from intersecting systems.
  • Data Schema Governance: Define and govern data schemas, payload structures, and message formats. Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish rigid field-level mapping, data transformation rules, and serialization protocols.
  • Implementation Oversight & Resiliency: Standardize implementation designs with a heavy focus on non-functional requirements, including comprehensive error handling, idempotent processing, retry policies, circuit breakers, and rate-limiting.
  • Vendor & Delivery Quality Gatekeeping: Act as the technical gatekeeper for external implementation partners. Review, challenge, and approve vendor-provided technical deliverables to ensure alignment with target-state architecture.
  • System Landscape & Integration Topology: Detailed visual blueprints mapping multi-system boundaries, middleware layers, network protocols, and inbound/outbound connection points.
  • Data Flow & Sequence Diagrams: Deep-dive sequence diagrams documenting the exact lifecycle of data payloads across intersecting platforms down to the protocol level (HTTPS, WebSockets, gRPC, etc.).
  • Solution Design Documents (SDD): Comprehensive documentation detailing API specifications (REST/GraphQL/AsyncAPI), payload schemas, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and edge-case failure modes.
  • Granular Technical Requirements: Translate business workflows into highly technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and schema requirements for development teams.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Heavy Integration Expertise: Proven track record as a Solution Architect leading complex integration projects involving multiple interconnected enterprise systems.
  • Data & Schema Mastery: Deep understanding of data modeling, data schema design, and data synchronization challenges across distributed systems.
  • Technical Communication & Gravitas: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts, debate architectural tradeoffs rationally, and stand your ground with sound engineering logic in front of cross-functional architecture boards.
  • Pragmatic Engineering Mindset: Ability to balance textbook “best practices” with business constraints, engineering velocity, and legacy debt without compromising core system security or scalability.
  • Preferred (Plus) Experience:While domain expertise is secondary to core integration skills, experience with the following is highly advantageous: MarTech Ecosystems: Integration experience with Marketing Automation (e.g. Adobe), CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), and Customer Experience  platforms. Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) Technol

Why is it worth joining TTMS?

1

Flexible working hours

Not everyone feels comfortable working the standard 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours. We have been successfully running projects for many years despite diversified work patterns.

2

Possibility of hybrid work

At TTMS, desk-to-desk work is what drives us, but we understand if someone prefers a hybrid model. We are equipped with all the necessary tools to work in a hybrid model.

3

Great, non-corporate atmosphere

Professionalism, attention to the quality of work and a friendly, informal atmosphere are not mutually exclusive. A flat structure and natural, friendly relationships create the basis for creativity and innovation.

4

Interesting, international projects

We create solutions for medium and large companies, we are present in Poland, Malaysia, Denmark, the UK, Switzerland, and India – the effects of your work will travel around the world. In TTMS you have an influence on the company’s success.
