Senior Project Manager (Pharma Industry)
Your responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects within the operations domain, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to align project objectives with business goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize project performance and deliverables.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Phone Screening

Client company meeting
The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
