Senior MLOps Engineer
Your responsibilities:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD).
- Implement infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Manage cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes services (EKS, GKE, AKS).
- Collaborate with ML teams on deploying and maintaining ML models (MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow).
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Solve operational issues and develop tools that support development teams.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- 4+ years of experience with Python, Git, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and automation tooling.
- At least 1 year of experience in ML-related projects (NLP, CV, predictive modeling).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and Agile development.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and communication skills.
- English at B2 level or higher.

Phone Screening

HR + technical meeting

Client company meeting
The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
