Senior AI/MLOps Engineer
Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain an AWS-powered platform for AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with platform users (data scientists, developers, and citizen developers) to enable creation of AI and GenAI solutions.
- Deploy and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Apply AI Engineering and MLOps best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Incorporate DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, into AI/ML workflows.
- Co-create solutions with end-users to accelerate adoption of AI across the organization.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Proven experience in MLOps and AI Engineering, including deployment of RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
- Solid knowledge of AWS services relevant to AI/ML, with understanding of role permissions, networking, and service integration.
- Strong Python programming skills combined with the ability to apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in diverse, cross-functional environments.

Phone Screening

Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
