Your responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize AI applications using LLMs
- Develop and orchestrate RAG pipelines using frameworks like LangChain.
- Build APIs and services using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI services into scalable cloud architectures (Azure and AWS).
- Ensure application reliability and performance in production environments.
- Write and maintain clear, reusable, and testable code.
- Create and manage Dockerfiles for application containerization.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Proficiency in Python with strong programming skills.
- Solid hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG-based systems.
- Proficiency in LangChain and OpenAI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock).
- Backend development experience using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerization principles.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining backend systems on Azure and/or AWS.
- Nice to have experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Phone Screening

Client company meeting
The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
