Your responsibilities:
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can combine strong leadership skills with a proactive strive for improvement. In this role, you’ll help 2 teams deliver value at scale, adjust processes, and make sure SAFe principles are more than just theory.
- Oversee team performance and proactively look for improvement opportunities, including personal development in partnership with People Management.
- Ensure Scrum practices are applied effectively and aligned with program directives.
- Maintain strong delivery dynamics both within the team and with connected teams within and outside of the program.
- Proactively suggests process improvements where applicable.
- Verify the feasibility of demand fulfilment with the team, provide constructive feedback within the ART governance structures, and seek means to enable success.
- Act as the key Jira administrator: manage configurations and optimize dashboards in collaboration with the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Report on team progress on team objectives. Proactively identify, manage and resolve risks and dependencies
- Monitor development/sprint progress and stay on top of work items in the queue.
- Guide the team through SAFe delivery specifics, working closely with the Product Owner.
- Collaborate with the RTE to ensure the ART strategy is followed.
- Partner with the Program Manager to resolve blockers and connect the right people to the right solutions.
- Coordinate work with the team members to ensure deliverables and PI objectives are met on time.
- Collect and report delivery metrics to program governance.
- Manage issues with the team delivery or team members and escalate when necessary to program governance.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- A Master’s or Engineering degree in IT or Business, or proven experience that shows you can deliver at this level .
- Experience in working with dispersed and remote project/service teams.
- 4+ years managing development teams in international, multicultural environments (medium to large projects) .
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II/III or equivalent) or at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner) .
- English proficiency at the C1/C2 level.
- SAFe exposure is nice to have but not strictly required.
- Have strong consulting and negotiation skills, and a client-oriented mindset.
- Be proactive and accountable in your role and build trust within your team.
- Enjoy collaboration, sharing knowledge, and working toward common goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adapt easily to different working styles and priorities.
- Show commitment to quality and continuously look for ways to improve.
- Have a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
