Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication between technical project teams and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Co-manage the migration calendar and align deployments with key business deadlines and operational constraints.
  • Ensure business teams are prepared for migration and collect feedback, requirements, and local considerations.
  • Own and maintain the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and proactively drive mitigation activities.
  • Track migration readiness, checklists, milestones, and sign-offs using project management tools such as monday.com.
  • Monitor project metrics, dependencies, risks, and overall migration progress.
  • Support technical change impact assessments and business continuity planning.
  • Coordinate early testing and validation activities to minimize disruption at go-live.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and support decisions regarding scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Act as a central point of contact between business leads, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering.
  • Experience working in a complex, global matrix organization.
  • Proven experience with large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations, ideally involving Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud productivity platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing complex project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ability to work effectively with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as monday.com or similar.
  • Strong understanding of change management and business continuity in technology transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in highly regulated or Life Sciences environments would be an advantage.
