Professional BI Reporting Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Work on the SSDI DataOne project to ingest data from source systems (e.g., using Python, Talend).
- Use the Data Vault methodology to transform data through PSA -> RAW -> BUSINESS stages.
- Build data products in the Data Product schema aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and develop tailored data solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Grafana.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, presenting your work and collecting feedback from stakeholders.
- Apply data quality, governance, and modeling best practices, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Use tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Gitlab to support data transformation and analysis.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Grafana.
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation (dbt) with hands-on experience in data modeling.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and provide insights.
- Familiarity with Data Vault 2.0 methodology and data governance tools (Collibra, Monte Carlo is a plus).
- Practical knowledge of Snowflake, Python, Talend, and BI tools.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, managing tasks independently.
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher).

Phone Screening

HR + technical meeting

Client company meeting
The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
