Your responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the team backlog, as well as a long term roadmap of service improvements, ensuring both are prioritized, refined, and aligned with program-level objectives. 
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, operations, and delivery teams, always stay available in relevant communication channels.
  • Set service metrics to adjust to contractual obligations as well as the program strategy, collect  and present data, plan remediation actions in case of identified challenges.
  • Participate actively in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Represent the team’s best interest to the Program Leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Release Train Engineer (RTE), System Architects, and other Product Owners within the Agile Release Train (ART). Main point of contact for the
  • Product and Service Manager on the client’s side.  
  • Ensure operational improvements, stability, and compliance needs are effectively balanced with delivery of new capabilities, in a SAFe adapted operational structure. 
  • Support continuous improvement by leveraging metrics, feedback, and operational insights. Shape the service channels and ticketing setup in Jira and ServiceNow.  
  • Represent the customer and end-user perspective while ensring enterprise standards and governance are met.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Service background in an enterprise environment, at least 2 years in leadership roles in Operations
  • Experience in working with dispersed and remote project/service teams.
  • 4+ years managing development teams in international, multicultural environments ( (medium to large projects)
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a must, (PSM I/II/III or equivalent) or at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level
  • SAFe exposure is nice to have but not strictly required.
