Your responsibilities:

  • Product Backlog Governance & Strategy Execution: Solely own, order, and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing implementation sequencing based on business value, risks, and technical dependencies. Exercise an explicit “Power to Say No” to reject unnecessary technical complexity or requests that deviate from product intent.

  • Product Delivery & Value Realization: Accountable for maximizing product value, achieving Program Increment (PI) and Sprint objectives, and realizing the product vision through disciplined execution and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization

  • Release & Operational Acceptance Authority: Accountable for release governance, operational acceptance, and final Go / No-Go sign-off, protecting business continuity and operational stability.

  • Requirements Quality & DoR Enforcement: Define and approve business requirements and acceptance criteria. Enforce the Definition of Ready (DoR) gates to ensure user stories translated by partner teams strictly represent the expected product outcome before engineering sprints.

  • Release Governance & Hypercare Transition: Define release scope and cadence, confirm business operational readiness, and issue final Go / No-Go deployment decisions. Oversee Hypercare entry/exit criteria to ensure feature upgrades are safely embedded into operations

  • Strategic Vendor Delivery Management: Accountable for partner performance oversight, holding Accenture and external vendors strictly accountable for scope, quality standards, delivery SLAs, and continuous operational improvement.

  • Strategic Stakeholder & Ecosystem Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison to align business stakeholders, IT responsibles, and technical leads. Manage strategic expectations, resolve cross-functional priority conflicts, and ensure transparent delivery cadences

  • Compliance, Data Privacy & Risk Governance: Accountable for maintaining audit readiness, overseeing security and internal controls, validating SRA prerequisites, and managing delivery risks across the digital product ecosystem

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Product Delivery & Backlog Governance – backlog prioritization, delivery sequencing, business value realization and TCO optimization.
  • Agile Delivery & Requirements Management – PI/Sprint execution, Definition of Ready, acceptance criteria and requirements quality.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management – business–IT alignment, external partner management, SLA oversight, negotiation and cross-functional coordination.
