Portfolio Systems Technical Expert (Airtable)
Added: 14.04.2026
Multiple locations
Region: Europe
Your responsibilities:
- Airtable architecture and database management
Design, build, and optimise complex relational database structures. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple bases, managing linked records, and implementing
advanced rollup/formula logic.
- Custom UI and interface development
Transform raw data into actionable insights by building sophisticated Airtable Interfaces. You will create bespoke Interfaces for data entry and editing, as well as dashboards tailored to the
specific needs of the portfolio team, focusing on usability and data visualisation.
- API integration and automation
Bridge the gap between Airtable and our broader technology stack. You will develop and maintain API integrations (via REST APIs or custom scripts) to ensure seamless data flow and minimise
manual entry.
- Technical collaboration
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the portfolio team. You will participate in team ceremonies to understand workflow bottlenecks and proactively propose technical solutions.
Team spirit and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Data quality mindset
Though data ownership sits with the portfolio team, you will act as a guardian of data integrity – proactively identifying issues, raising concerns, and collaborating on improvements to ensure the portfolio data remains accurate and trustworthy.
We are looking for you, if you have:
Expected outcomes and results
- Centralised source of truth: A fully optimised Airtable environment where all portfolio data is synced and logically structured.
- Automated data pipelines: Significant reduction in manual work through robust API integrations with external tools.
- Role-based interfaces: High-quality, intuitive interfaces and dashboards that allow the team to manage their data and have portfolio insights without navigating complex grids.
- Technical documentation: Clear documentation of the database schema and integration logic for future scalability.
Profile requirements and mindset
- Expertise: Proven experience in Airtable development and database design.
- Precision: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data remains a reliable and trusted pillar of CS CoE portfolio activities.
- Integration: Strong proficiency in working with APIs and automation middleware.
- Team spirit: A collaborative mindset. You are a “builder” who enjoys helping a non-technical team achieve its goals through technology.
- Adaptability: Ability to jump into an established environment and provide immediate value through iterative technical improvements.
We offer:
- Participation in interesting and demanding projects.
- Flexible working hours.
- A great, non-corporate atmosphere.
- Stable employment conditions (contract of employment or B2B contract)
- Opportunities for development and promotion.
- Attractive package of benefits.
- Work model: remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office).
We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
