Your responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operational layer across all active workstreams by supporting and
ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. - Maintain and update Jira boards, trackers, and management spreadsheets based on inputs from meetings, managers communications, and direct stakeholder interactions.
- Create and assign Jira tickets for new operational items, track completion against deadlines and flag overdue items proactively.
- Guarantee all data is always updated for any monthly status snapshots and completion reports for the Brilliant & Basics OKR across all teams.
- Build working relationships with Engineering Managers across all teams.
- Support and follow up with EMs and team leads to ensure their deliverables are completed,
documented, and reflected in the right tools following the guidelines. - Escalate blockers and unresolved items to the team as appropriate — with context and a
recommended next step. - Attend operational meetings and capture actions, owners, and deadlines accurately.
- Document recurring workflows, data flows, and manual processes to support future.
- Gradually shift from manual execution to validation and oversight as automation is introduced.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Fluent English — written and verbal (working language of the team).
- Proactive and autonomous — you act on things without waiting to be asked.
- Strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple workstreams and never lose track of an open item.
- Comfortable working with Engineering Managers and technical stakeholders — you don’t need to be technical, but you need to speak their language.
- Experience with Jira or similar project/issue tracking tools.
- Clear and direct communicator — written and verbal.
- Ownership mindset — you treat open items as your problem until they’re closed.
Nice to Have - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel), Jira (or similar) and AI tools.
- Experience in a technology or software delivery environment.
- Exposure to governance, compliance, or audit processes.
