Operation Specialist
Your responsibilities:

Deliver and manage Data Department operations activities according to customer needs and IS operating framework.

Build, maintain, and continuously improve the application operations framework to ensure effective and reliable service delivery.

Execute daily operations for Azure Data Factory and Snowflake, including incident, service, problem, change, and release management processes.

Act as a single point of contact for customers to ensure demands are addressed in line with agreed procedures and to provide transparency through regular reporting of key application and delivery metrics.

Ensure all security and compliance requirements are fulfilled for assigned applications.

Gather feedback from customers and consumers, transforming it into continuous improvement initiatives on a regular basis.
We are looking for you, if you have:

Fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of experience in:

Data Warehouse Operations
-
Azure Data Factory and Snowflake
-
-
Practical knowledge of:
-
SQL
-
IT service management concepts (ITIL 4 certification)

Infrastructure Patch Management
-

Additional assets:

Experience with Power BI
-
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile / DevOps)

Phone Screening

Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
