Your responsibilities:
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
- Execute and support lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Implement and manage lead scoring models and lifecycle processes.
- Ensure high quality of marketing data, proper segmentation, and accurate campaign targeting.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize activities based on KPIs and data insights.
- Work hands-on with Pardot (and/or similar marketing automation tools).
- Collaborate closely with sales, lead generation, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- 3–6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to manage marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

Phone Screening

Employment

Onboarding + first day of work
