Your responsibilities:

Develop clear and compelling messaging for consumer industry robots, automation solutions, and software.

Translate complex technical features into accessible, value-driven narratives tailored to key audiences.

Plan and execute communication launch plans aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Create and manage communication materials, including product assets, thought leadership content, social media copy, online content, and event/trade show materials.

Collaborate with product management, R&D, marketing, sales, and communication teams to deliver high-quality assets.

Support localization of global messaging in cooperation with country-level communication leads.

Track and analyze communication performance, continuously improving messaging and channel effectiveness.
We are looking for you, if you have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in product communications or product marketing for B2B technologies.

Native English or professional proficiency with strong editorial and storytelling skills.

Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn about robotics, software, and automation.

Experience working in a global matrix organization and collaborating internationally.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Client company meeting
The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
