Added: 28.08.2026
Multiple locations
Region: Europe
Your responsibilities:
- Design and guide maintainable, standardized solutions grounded in clean-code principles within an agile setup across our SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will bring the deep technical fluency needed to craft best-in-class data architectures and engage in granular technical discussions with developers to drive complex integrations. In this role, you will act as a thoughtful technical advisor—critically evaluating business requests to guide stakeholders toward solutions that seamlessly balance business goals with sustainable, long-term IT stability.
- Drive engineering maturity by mentoring an agile team of consultants and developers in modern clean-code principles and sustainable architectural design. Rather than simply enforcing rules, you will actively coach team members through architectural reviews, design discussions, and continuous feedback. Your leadership will build a strong culture of technical ownership, enabling the team to independently produce maintainable, highly resilient solutions.
- Partner closely with Global Business teams, Business Value Stream Leads, and Product Owners to translate complex Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management requirements into clear, actionable SAP S/4HANA proposals. Acting as a trusted sparring partner, you will constructively evaluate business needs, balance priorities, and guide stakeholders toward future-proof, highly efficient solutions. Your collaborative approach ensures seamless lifecycle alignment between strategic business goals and robust IT execution.
- Drive the delivery of reusable, discoverable, and well-governed Data Products tailored to a highly regulated pharmaceutical landscape. You will embed strict compliance with GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA regulations, and Computer System Validation (CSV) directly into the architectural lifecycle. By enforcing robust data classification, access control, and traceability, you keep all solutions permanently audit-ready.
- Shape the long-term technical vision for the Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management domain. You will systematically evaluate new technologies, integration frameworks, and SAP S/4HANA ecosystem enhancements to prevent technical debt and drive modern capabilities. Your strategy will ensure the underlying architecture adapts smoothly to future business expansion and evolving regulatory requirements.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, paired with a proven track record of designing business-driven solutions within complex enterprise ERP environments.
- 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect (or similar lead role) within SAP S/4HANA, with deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
- Practical experience in heavily regulated environments (e.g., Pharma, Biotech) with exposure to GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and data privacy standards (GDPR) is a strong advantage.
- Collaborative leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building positive, lasting relationships across business and IT. You act as a trusted sparring partner, comfortable bringing people together, aligning different perspectives, and finding constructive solutions in complex organizational landscapes.
- Fluent in business English.
- Solid working knowledge of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe), enterprise management tools (Jira, ServiceNow), integration/middleware patterns, and multi-cultural onsite-offshore collaboration models.
We offer:
- Participation in interesting and demanding projects.
- Flexible working hours.
- A great, non-corporate atmosphere.
- Possibility to work remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office).
- Opportunities for development and promotion.
- Attractive package of benefits.
