Your responsibilities:
- Guide the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of embedded software systems.
- Lead the creation of technical specifications and define project timelines.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including hardware and software engineers, to support design, development, validation, and system-level optimization.
- Conduct and lead code reviews using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Create and maintain documentation covering firmware design, development processes, and usage guidelines.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Availability to work in the US time zone
- 7+ years of experience in firmware design and development, with a focus on microcontrollers, RTOS, C/C++, and embedded platforms.
- Expert experience with development and troubleshooting on embedded targets, including familiarity with hardware design, schematics, and PCB layout.
- Demonstrated programming experience in C/C++ solving embedded firmware problems.
- Expert knowledge of RTOS/OS coding techniques.

Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
