Your responsibilities:
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members, covering wellbeing, blockers, career development, and feedback.
- Run recurring team meetings and ensure effective communication across the distributed team.
- Maintain an overview of consultants’ upcoming holidays, holiday balances, and public holidays based on their locations.
- Co-lead recruitment processes for technical roles and support the standardization of recruitment steps, templates, and checklists.
- Design and coordinate performance review cycles, including peer and leadership feedback, and work closely with Engineering Managers and the Technical Delivery Manager on performance-related cases.
- Design and analyze employee engagement and retention surveys, coordinate follow-up actions, and support new-employee health checks.
- Support salary review cycles in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Use JIRA reports and dashboards to monitor consultants’ workload, priorities, and delivery status.
- Proactively follow up on missing information, unclear priorities, delays, and blockers in JIRA.
- Support project management activities, documentation, and release planning with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, access checklists, internal process documentation, knowledge-transfer procedures, and RACI matrices.
- Identify and coordinate relevant training and development opportunities for team members.
- Support administrative and operational activities, including equipment procurement, asset tracking, account setup, and access management.
- Monitor and follow up on security-related issues and communicate security goals and status to the team.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies that may slow down consultants and proactively propose improvements.
- Foster team cohesion, motivation, and a sense of belonging across a distributed/remote team.
- Act as a liaison between the outsourcing partner and internal stakeholders on people-related and operational topics.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Hands-on experience with HR and administrative activities, including holidays and absences, onboarding, employee-related processes, and operational support.
- Experience in performance management, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and handling individual performance cases.
- Strong people management skills, including conducting 1:1s, supporting employee development, and motivating remote teams.
- Knowledge of JIRA, including reports and dashboards, with the ability to provide a clear overview of consultants’ workload and priorities.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and release planning.
- Experience working closely with Engineering Managers, Technical Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively identify missing information, unclear priorities, blockers, and process inefficiencies and follow them through to resolution.
- Strong process-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge processes that negatively impact team efficiency.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and remote team management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Employment
