Your responsibilities:
- Requirements & Strategy: Translate complex legal business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define product roadmaps and lead analysis efforts across ambiguous spaces.
- Process Transformation: Partner closely with legal stakeholders and IT teams to map and optimize legal processes, ensuring seamless integration with corporate IT landscape.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise standards, business priorities, and security/compliance requirements for sensitive legal data.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leads and legal stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across organizational boundaries.
- Implementation & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of legal technology solutions, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and proactive change management.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Experience: 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years within the Life Sciences/Pharma or Legal Operations industry.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Legal & Compliance domain (e.g., Matter Management, document management, legal spend, contract management).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation; experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors; understanding of data flow and system integration.
- Mindset: A proactive, “builder” mentality with a sense of relentless curiosity to dive deep into complex workflows and challenge the status quo.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders (IT, Legal, External Partners).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
