Your responsibilities:
- Administering and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Managing and troubleshooting MS SQL Server databases.
- Coordinating deployments, releases, patches, and system changes.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including Runbooks, DR Plans, and SOPs.
- Supporting Incident and Change Management processes.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Windows Server: Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance (the entire MS-Pension environment runs on Windows Servers).
- Database: Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot DB-related issues).
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs).
- Solid understanding of deployment processes (managing releases, implementing changes/patches in test and production environments).
- Familiarity with corporate IT procedures (Change Management, Incident Management – ideally someone who knows their way around ServiceNow).
