1C Platform ERP Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Prioritizing projects and CMR requests for business-critical applications based on the 1C platform in the region.
- Conducting requirements gathering and scope definition sessions with non-technical Business User constituencies.
- Interviewing non-technical managers to understand complex business rules/processes and creating detailed documentation accordingly.
- Engaging Business Users across multiple business units to ensure clear articulation of business goals and processes for effective solutions.
- Managing components of project plans or smaller projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Demonstrating a strong functional understanding of supported systems and development frameworks for customizations.
- Verifying the feasibility of Business User’s requests based on existing technical systems and data structures.
- Creating and presenting key requirements artifacts such as scope documents, use cases, detailed specifications of key business rules, and activity diagrams.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Master’s degree in a technical field with additional certification in 1C platform (1С:Prof).
- 6-8 years of practical technical/functional experience with 4+ lifecycle implementations and project management.
- Proficiency in English language (both verbal and written).
- Experience in 1C user support for companies with wide geographical spread (1-3 years).
- Strong understanding of 1C Application functionality, schemas, and development frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL-based queries and basic SQL development skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting processes is a plus.

Employment
