Our pharmaceutical client had to develop many applications for his internal business. The problem was based on a complex business requirement. The customer needed to build many different systems, service applications, and APIs on different platforms.

Dlaczego otworzyliśmy biuro w Indiach? Decyzja o otwarciu biura w Indiach została podjęta po analizie globalnych trendów oraz potrzeb rynku IT. Po zakończeniu pandemii wiele firm przyspieszyło swoją transformację cyfrową, co wygenerowało ogromne zapotrzebowanie na specjalistów IT. W Polsce odczuwalny jest niedobór około 150 tysięcy specjalistów IT. Z kolei Indie, które w 2023 roku stały się najludniejszym krajem świata z populacją przekraczającą 1,4 miliarda osób, oferują dostęp do ogromnego zasobu wykwalifikowanych pracowników. Indyjskie uniwersytety co roku kształcą około 6,5 miliona absolwentów, w tym 1,5 miliona z kierunków technicznych, co czyni ten kraj jednym z najważniejszych centrów technologicznych na świecie. Otwarcie biura w Bengaluru (ang. Bangalore) zaspokaja na razie przede wszystkim potrzeby “wewnętrzne” spółki. Zwiększamy w ten sposób nasze zasoby, z których korzystamy w ramach istniejących już projektów i kontraktów. Pracownicy TTMS India zajmują się na razie wytwarzaniem i utrzymywaniem oprogramowania. W przeciwieństwie do naszej malezyjskiej spółki, aktywne pozyskiwanie klientów będzie dopiero kolejnym etapem rozwoju TTMS India. Praca w Indiach, zwłaszcza w dynamicznym sektorze IT, otwiera przed firmami nowe możliwości rozwoju. Lokalizacja w Bengaluru, jednym z czołowych hubów technologicznych w regionie Azji i Pacyfiku, daje nam dostęp do specjalistów o szerokim zakresie umiejętności, od programistów po testerów i menedżerów, co umożliwia dalszy rozwój naszej firmy na międzynarodowej arenie. Przepisy są nieoczywiste z polskiego punktu widzenia, co sprawiło, że musieliśmy przejść przez szereg skomplikowanych procedur.
