TTMS Nordic as a sponsor of Salesforce conference in Stockholm

The TTMS Nordic company – as a sponsor, but also a substantive partner – took part in The Heart of Service conference, organized by Salesforce in Stockholm.

Business representatives present at the meeting learned how to:

  • reduce costs by creating connected, personalized experiences that can scale with automation and AI,
  • provide proactive, personalized service across all channels (telephone, messaging, chatbots) on a large scale,
  • customers use Service Cloud Voice to solve problems faster and smarter,
  • Salesforce Automation can help the team optimize the time they spend on completing tasks,
  • leverage data to improve service efficiency and provide a better customer experience.

Ben Cooper, sales manager of TTMS Nordic, had his lecture on Salesforce Service Cloud. He introduced Service Cloud conference participants through live demos and explained how TTMS – as a partner – can accelerate customer innovation. More in the video:
