TTMS – a certified HRDC training provider in Malaysia
We are proud to announce that our company has become a certified training provider for the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) in Malaysia. The HRD Corp is a governmental agency aiming to enhance the skills of the private sector workforce, consequently supporting the economic development of Malaysia. It is funded by employer contributions, requiring employers to allocate the equivalent of 1% of employee wages. Companies can only use these accumulated funds for training offered by selected, certified entities. Transition Technologies MS is now on this list of certified providers. What does this mean for us? This opens up access to training contracts in the Malaysian commercial sector, which, using its accumulated funds, enhances the competencies of its employees. We have already started fulfilling our first contracts, which include soft skills training. These trainings will complement our e-Learning offerings, as we aim to ultimately provide services in both areas. The HRDC certification in Malaysia confirms our growing position and credibility in the local market. In the current macroeconomic situation, companies do not have it easy. Recent months have created new, constantly multiplying challenges for enterprises, becoming tests of stability, but also flexibility. Diamonds of the Forbes monthly is one of the most prestigious rankings among Polish private companies. The list is prepared on the basis of the Swiss method of valuation of companies, taking into account both financial results and the value of their assets. This method makes it possible to measure the potential of enterprises, taking into account the size of investments and the ability to increase sales and profits. TTMS receives “Partner for Climate 2022” certificate
With undisguised pride, we would like to inform you that in October, during the Krynica Forum, an international event connecting business, politics, and science, we were honored with the “Partner for Climate 2022” certificate. The certificate was presented to us by representatives of the State Forests, who organized the Carbon Dioxide Unit Auction. This is a significant distinction and a summary of our efforts so far. TTMS was represented by Anna Filipowicz and Maryna Kroskiewicz. As part of our collaboration with the State Forests, we will soon be saving two peat bogs – one in Spychowo and another in Przemków. Through actions such as preserving or restoring the water retention capacity of the peat bogs, improving water relations, and caring for the existing vegetation, the peat bogs will regain their natural properties and continue to play an important role for the environment. https://youtu.be/4VgEjSaEVBA
