Your responsibilities:
Pre-sales and conceptual stage:
- Gathering and analyzing initial business and technical requirements from the Client.
- Preparing proposals, estimates, and solution concepts in collaboration with the technical team.
- Defining the project scope, goals, risks, and a preliminary schedule and budget.
- Conducting workshops and meetings with the Client to clarify requirements (user stories, use cases).
Project execution and oversight:
- Creating and updating the project plan (scope, resources, costs, schedule).
- Ongoing collaboration with the technical team (developers, architects, QA) to meet requirements.
- Monitoring work progress, quality of deliverables, and compliance with the agreed scope.
- Identifying and managing risks and changes in the project (change management).
- Managing communication and client relationships at every stage of the project.
- Reporting project status (scope, time, costs, risks) to the client and internally within the organization.
Project closure:
- Supervision of the handover and implementation of the final solution at the Client.
- Project summary, conclusions, and recommendations for the future (lessons learned).
Responsibility:
- Full responsibility for meeting the project’s scope, deadline, and budget (the so-called project triangle).
- Responsibility for client satisfaction and the quality of the business relationship.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects (Project/Delivery Management) and/or business analysis.
- Experience working on the vendor side of IT providing client-specific projects (custom software / outsourcing).
- Ability to gather and specify requirements (user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements).
- Practical knowledge of managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Experience in preparing IT project proposals and estimates.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and the ability to apply them flexibly.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, including interaction with business clients.
- Ability to work with a distributed team and coordinate the work of technical specialists.
- Very good command of English (min. B2/C1).
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / IIBA certification – welcome but not required.

Phone Screening

HR + technical meeting
We talk about the candidate’s professional experience, but also expectations regarding the new job. This is also the moment to check references and confirm the authenticity of the information provided, which allows you to get to know the candidate better and assess his fit with the company’s organizational culture.
Client company meeting
The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.
Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
