Your responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Delivery Leads as a Business Analyst within the People & Culture (P&C) Technology stack, supporting the Talent, Learning & Culture product area.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to understand, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of Security Risk Assessment (SRA), Compliance, and Quality requirements throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Investigate business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements and business transformation.
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and delivery of business solutions.
- Support project management activities by contributing business analysis expertise throughout delivery.
- Participate in testing activities, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Recommend strategic business improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of business processes.
- Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating the adoption of new business processes and technology solutions.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HR, People & Culture, Talent, Learning, or related technology domains.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.
- Experience in investigating business needs and translating them into effective business and technology solutions.
- Ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders, building strong collaborative relationships across business and IT functions.
- Strong consultancy skills with the ability to recommend strategic business improvements.
- Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Knowledge of Security Risk Assessment (SRA), Compliance, and Quality considerations within product delivery is an advantage.
- Experience supporting Agile product delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management and software testing practices, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use appropriate business analysis methods, techniques, and tools to support successful solution delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
