Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate ideation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to identify workflow opportunities
- Define project milestones, scope boundaries, and success metrics; work with cross-functional teams
- Manage key dependencies across systems and teams; coordinate with internal platform owners and where necessary third parties
- Support governance meetings, project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs
- Facilitate requirements workshops; document clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide status updates and executive summaries; maintain transparent documentation in shared repositories

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
- 5+ years of project management experience in software/technology, business systems, or internal tools
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and governance skills awareness
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Nice to have:
- Process improvement/business analysis experience; certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, ITIL)

Employment
We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.
Onboarding + first day of work
