Setting a new benchmark in the industry, TTMS is the first Polish company to receive certification in AI management systems – ISO/IEC 42001.
The audit conducted by TÜV Nord Poland confirmed that our Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) meets international requirements for responsible AI governance. This is an important step in strengthening our position as a modern, global software house developing AI in line with the highest international standards.

TTMS is among the first organizations in Europe to operate under this groundbreaking standard, which also mandates compliance with the standard, system development, updates, monitoring legal requirements, and operating in compliance with AI ACT.
A Responsible Foundation for Artificial Intelligence
ISO/IEC 42001 is the world’s first standard dedicated to the management of AI systems. It defines how organizations should design, develop, deploy and maintain AI in a way that ensures trust, accountability and compliance with ethical and regulatory expectations.
By implementing this framework, TTMS aims to:
- Strengthen trust and credibility – TTMS is committed to ensuring that all AI-powered products and services meet the highest expectations of safety, fairness, transparency and reliability. The adoption of ISO 42001 formally confirms that commitment.
- Balance innovation with effective risk management – The standard provides a structured approach to identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with AI technologies, while preserving the speed and creativity needed in modern software development.
- Demonstrate market maturity and leadership – As one of the first companies to operationalize ISO 42001, TTMS gains a strategic advantage, showcasing its readiness to meet the evolving regulatory landscape and market demands for trustworthy AI.
What the AIMS Implementation Means for Stakeholders
TTMS now uses its AI Management System as the official framework governing all internal and external AI-related projects delivered under the TTMS brand. Every AI component developed, integrated or deployed by the company will be designed and managed according to ISO/IEC 42001 principles.
For clients, partners and investors, this translates into:
- Greater assurance that AI solutions meet the highest international standards.
- Reduced operational and compliance risk in AI-enabled projects.
- A guarantee that AI development follows strict ethical, documentation and governance processes.
- Stronger protection of data, users and business continuity.
- Increased confidence in the long-term sustainability and responsibility of TTMS’s AI capabilities.
A Step Forward for the Company – and the Industry
The implementation of ISO/IEC 42001 represents a strategic investment in how TTMS designs, builds and delivers AI technologies. The framework reinforces the company’s market position by ensuring that all AI initiatives follow a rigorous approach to responsibility, transparency and security. It also provides a structured foundation that allows TTMS’s AI capabilities to grow in a sustainable and compliant way, aligned with global expectations for trustworthy artificial intelligence.

As AI becomes a defining force in digital transformation, TTMS’s commitment to globally recognized standards reflects the company’s ambition to help clients innovate safely while meeting regulatory expectations across markets.
TTMS will continue to expand its portfolio of AI solutions – including legal tech, document analysis tools, knowledge management platforms and AML automation – under the governance of its AIMS framework.
