The physician, after initial registration in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) solution, accesses the HCP portal to download a pre-filled enrollment form. The form is auto populated with the physician’s information, eliminating the need for manual data entry. The physician securely sends the form to the patient via email, and the patient uses a secure e-signature platform like Docusign to complete the enrollment process. The autosave feature ensures that the physician can resume the form at their convenience if the session is interrupted.
